My passion has always been helping and supporting people, whether they be victims of crime or people who want to progress in life. I use the learning and experience gained within two previous careers to help and support people and organisations in my third career - as a Management Consultant.

It's important to understand an organisations' 'past' but it's imperative to manage its 'present' and essential to prepare for its 'future'. My goal is to support organisations to develop culture, implement change and mitigate risks so that the present and future are better than the past.
